This Fischer single tank Deep Fryer is able to boost your profits while taking up minimum space and effort. Can be used as a backup for busy kitchens, or for fish or crumbed foods that need to be kept separate from your other Deep Fryers. This is also a great product for domestic use, perfect for chips, fish or even nuggets.
